Royal Pierrefond Tennis Academy Policies
1. General Rules
Our Policies are established to make sure we have transparency to our membership.
The Club is here to promote tennis in our community.
The club is organized on court #3 and court #4 only.
We have priority on these courts only during posted and approved events
We promote Tennis by holding adult and junior recreational and competitive events
We support Tennis development by holding lessons given by a high level tennis professional.
All people wishing to take part in tennis events or lessons must register as a member of the club
2. Membership
You must register for the club through the website .. www.tennisrpta.com
There is an annual fee .
This fee is used to cover club insurance and affiliation, tennis balls and tennis equipment, internet & website information package,
club tournaments, social events, prizes, administrative expenses, junior T shirt, student animation of events and
covid manager expenses.
3. Ediquette
All members should respect fellow members during any club event
4. Executive Membership
Members who wish to make a greater contribution to tennis in our community
can join our club membership
Executive members are accepted and welcomed at our Annual General Meeting.
5. Member Concerns and Annual General Meeting
At the end of the season, we have and AGM to summaries the season and discuss any outstanding issues.
If these issues require a policy change then we can vote on it at the meeting.
Should an issue occur during the season, the member can approach any executive member and it can be
made public to the general club membership. At that point, we could hold an intra-season meeting to resolve the issue.
